Use our Glazed Dimensions on your embossed images, over our non-smear pastels, or any printed surface. Apply as a pen writer and let dry, about 10-15 minutes. Make sure you do not let the colored areas run into each other. You can put another layer on top of the first one after it is dry. Add our hologram glitter flue for a glitter, sparkle look.
