| Fudge Pecan Chewies |
| ingredients: |
|
1/4 cup butter or margarine 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup chopped pecans 60 pecan halves |
| Directions: |
|
Pre-heat oven to 350. Combine first 3 ingredients in a heavy saucepan; cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate and butter melt. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, flour, and chopped pecans. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Press a pecan half into the center of each cookie. Bake for 7 minutes. (Do not overbake.) Remove cookies to wire racks to cool completely. |

Green Bean Casserole |
| ingredients: |

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup Milk 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce Dash Pepper 4 cups Cooked Cut Green Beans
1 1/3 cup French's French Fried Onions |
| Directions: |
|
Mix soup, milk, soy sauce, pepper, green beans and 2/3-cup French fried onions in
1-1/2 qt. casserole. Bake at 350°F. For 25 minutes or until hot. Stir and sprinkle with remaining onions. Bake another 5 minutes. |

| Orange Slice Cookies |
| ingredients: |
|
2 cups shortening
1 cup white sugar 2 cups light brown sugar 3 eggs 1 1/2 tsp soda in 3 Tablespoons water
3 cups oatmeal 20 orange slices, cut small 1 small can Angel Flake Coconut 3 cups flour 1 1/2 cups pecans
1 1/2 tsps. Baking powder |

Cream sugar and shortening in large mixing bowl (and it needs to be large!).
Add eggs, soda, orange slices nuts, and coconut. Add flour sifted with baking powder. Add oatmeal. Chill several hours
after rolling in waxed paper-usually makes 3-4 cookie logs. Slice and bake at 325 for 10-15 minutes. Note: dough can be frozen,
rather than chilled. Just slice what you want while dough is frozen and bake. Makes about 8-10 dozen cookies. |

| Iced Apple Tea |
| ingredients: |
|
3 cups apple jucie or cider
3 cups boiling water 6 tea bags 1/3 cup honey 1 tsp. allspice
apple slices, cut in circles, to garnish (optional) |
| Directions: |
|
Add tea bags to boiling water. Let stand 15 minutes. Remove and add allspice,
honey and apple juice. Simmer over low heat until honey is blended, about one minute. |
| Chill. Serve over ice with lemon slices. |

| S’Mores - Indoor Method |
| ingredients: |
|
4 graham crackers, broken into halves
2 Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars (1.55 oz.) broken into halves
4 marshmallows |
| Directions: |
|
Place 1 graham cracker on a paper towel; top it with a Hershey's bar half and a marshmallow.
Microwave on high for 10 to 15 second or just enough until the marshmallow begins to puff.
Immediately top it with a second graham cracker half; gently press together. |
